Raleigh, N.C. (September 1,) – Now you can enjoy the realism of hunting and retrieving ducks in your own home. With the new 3D, multi-play PC game, “Ultimate Duck Hunting”, Mid Carolina Media, the producer of the famous Richard A. Wolters videos, you can experience training your own retriever and hunting ducks in cyberspace. This unique game, which plays on any windows compatible computer, simulates the sport of duck hunting. Unlike other hunting games, “Ultimate Duck Hunting” allows the player to train his own hunting dog so that he can retrieve the birds he has shot, even the ones that the dog can not see. The training is based on the proven methods taught in the acclaimed “Water Dog” book and video. Therefore, the fun and skill of the game is to not only shoot the ducks but also guide your retriever to those birds. Do you sometimes feel like our younger generations are missing out on our great outdoors? Well, here is a way to introduce them to the sport of hunting. This exciting video game will ignite their interest in the outdoors and all of its traditions. “With this game, anyone who uses a computer can experience the joy of hunting with a dog and learn the basics of duck hunting and retrieving at the same time,” states Will Sanders, the lead programmer of “Ultimate Duck Hunting”. This fun and exciting new game is based on the successful “Top Dog: Hunting & Retrieving” PC game. The game is divided into five stages: selecting among six real waterfowl preserves in North America, choosing your accessories (shotgun, decoys, camo, and dog), training your dog in the four essential commands (remote sit, left over, right over, and back), shooting the ducks you lure into your decoys and having your dog retrieve those ducks (marks and blinds). It’s very realistic and is playable as a single play or on the internet where multiple players can compete with each other on the internet. Your dog has his own intelligence; he gets fatigued and has to be given
rest. He will not obey your commands unless you have trained him. Each
player has his own score, which is based upon the number of birds shot,
the number of birds retrieved and the time it takes to do this. Now, you don’t have to wait until duck season; you can waterfowlhunt all year long!
